Welcoming the New Year!

" Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you're gonna get" Forest Gump said that and he was refering to a box of chocolate that has different fillings. As we enter a new year with expectancy and anticipation of the coming events, what do we hope to change?
Anatole France once said "To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe. "

Like  I've written before don't be a dream killer, and definitely don't let dream killers get to you. I'm thinking what is the first chocolate filling that I will get on the first day of new year. Each day we have to live life of great expectancy to give us hope that some of our dreams will come true. How do we react if it is a bitter chocolate or perhaps a chocolate with sweet caramel? What we do with what we receive determines the next step of our future. You might be embarassed to chase after a dream you might not get, afraid of falling flat on your face but well listen to Les Brown, he said " Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars." *wink
