Many times we feel we let our body down when we don't exercise. We can't find the time, sedentary life in the 9 to 5, working out with kids maybe, or just too tired for it.
Try my methods, it's not hardcore workout because if you can do those, then you don't really need these tips. On the other hand, its great when you are really busy and you need to squeeze in some tone to the body.
1. In the bathroom:
While showering or brushing teeth, do squats for your thighs.
This exercise below can be done while work or at home.
3. In the car:
Squeeze your butt with 10 reps and break in between.
Sit up straight and suck in your tummy for 45 seconds before
breathing out and repeating few times similarly to the one below.
Place both your palm on the side of the chair, facing inward to you, drop your body down slowly and use your arm strength to lift yourself up, and repeat few reps till you're use to it then increase. Tone the triceps.

While showering, do some shadow boxing placing your feet firmly on the floor. There is no need to move the feet unless you're in the living room.
While conditioning hair, do wall push ups

While watching TV, during commercial break or intentional break from the DVD, do planks. Afterall you do know, its good to rest the eye away from the screen every once in a while.

4. In the office or a workstation where applicable
Take a 1 liter water bottle, lift it behind your shoulder and lifting it up and down as straight as you can. Then shift to the hand.
Taking a break from work and do this at your desk.

Just so you know, all this can be done in the comfort of your own home, not necessarily at work or in the car. It's applying simple workouts during your routine of life.
IN everything, moderation is the best when it comes to food. For me, I eat breakfast like a prince, lunch like a king and dinner like a pauper on most working nights.
Women need to drink at least 3 liters of water a day while men 4 liters.
You have to find what works for your lifestyle when trying to stay as fit as possible is your priority. All the best to you!
